My name is Dom.
I struggled with sleeping for four months in 2024. This was due to health complications resulting in two weeks in the hospital and four medical procedures.
During this time I researched sleep advice and scientific studies to try and find ways to improve my sleep quality naturally, as I was tired of taking pills (and the experiencing their side-effects).
